Diver scallops

Scallop is one of the attractions for sea-food lover which is actually found in almost all oceans. Fan-shaped scallops can be found in many bright colors which makes them attractive in look. USA, Japan, and China are well known for scallop fishery and they export scallops all around the world.

Scallops which are collected by hands by divers have special place in mind of its lovers because they are less gritty. One more advantage of diver scallops is they are more eco-friendly as there collection process don't require to throw nets in water which makes water dirty that means it doesn't hurt purely of flora of undersea. Some of the other methods to collect scallops require more time for harvesting means they go to market pretty late which has obvious effect in overall fishing business.  

Main quality of scallops is quantity of water they have because that makes them firm. Low quality scallop will be grainy and soft which is not good. Main season for scallop fishing vary depending on location. Off-season scallops will be low quality and light on their color.
