Pan seared Scallops are very popular delicacy, rich in iodine, proteins, minerals, micronutrients and other beneficial substances. The product itself is not only delicious, but also dietary. Besides the human body, well it perceives and learns. This product has many sub-species and genera. To us, they come with catch latitude of the Black Sea. Due to the fact that the scallop and now has a great demand, it was decided on its cultivation. As for pricing, it remains roughly the same price category with the calamari and oysters.
This dish - a vivid example of the postulate that healthy food should be tasty.

For 6 persons
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. l. sesame oil
8 stalks green onions, cut into pieces 2.5 cm
1 sliced into thin strips sweet red pepper
100 g sliced bamboo shoots
50 g of sliced water chestnuts slices
6 fresh scallops without shells (white flesh cut)
100 g shredded Chinese cabbage, 1 50 ml dry sherry
3 tbsp. l. light soy sauce
chives for decoration
florets of green onions for decoration
Heat 1 tbsp. l. oil in a wok or large frying pan. Put all the vegetables except for Chinese cabbage. Broil 2-3 minutes, stirring ingredients shovel.
Pour in sherry and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to the sauce onto a plate and keep a lid on the heat.
Heat the rest of the oil in a wok and place the scallop meat. Cook, stirring well, for 1-2 minutes.
Add to the wok fried vegetables and Chinese cabbage, stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Enter the soy sauce and serve, garnished.

Wonderful garnish for scallops - rice noodles. Boil 275 g noodles (7-8 min). Carefully drain the water. Heat a wok 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and put 1 thin sliced onion rings, 100 grams of bamboo shoots, 1 comminuted clove of garlic and boiled noodles. Broil, without stopping stirring, 1-2 minutes. Pour in 3 tbsp. l. dry sherry and soy sauce. Serve the noodles immediately.
